We recently celebrated one of our members hitting

We recently celebrated one of our members hitting a 200kg Deadlift at a Bodyweight of just 80kg 🥳

This member has been part of our small group programme for 4 years lifting weights 3x per week for just 45-60 minutes per session 🤯

He started as a beginner but has spent the entire time listening, learning and drilling the basics from day 1 up until today 📅

Just like the members at SPPT being taken through some deadlift fundamentals with @seansppt this morning.

At SPPT our PT sessions are all pre-booked on a convenient and easy to use mobile app.

This also means that you are officially booked in for a scheduled PT session and if you want to bail you have to hit the big red CANCEL button 👉🔴
