And starting any health and fitness programme will provide an almost immediate psychological benefit 🧠 Progress in the gym with both strength and fitness for any non-elite will see weekly improvements too. 💪 You can also expect to lose weight and or gain muscle within your first few weeks too however your starting situation and what you are willing to do will ultimately dictate the speed of progress here. ⚖️ So whilst it depends on many fronts the benefits for nearly all of us our immediate in different forms. Trust the process and that long term lifestyle transformation will be inevitable. Meal plans used to be an integral part of signing Meal plans used to be an integral part of signing up to any good PT (back in 2010)… Essentially a set in stone plan, which if followed would almost certainly guarantee short term success with your body goals. And as most people worry about not knowing what to eat, how much to eat or when to eat it… In theory a meal plan does makes complete sense. Fast forward a few years and it’s safe to say that any Coach worth their salt has evolved their thought process around best practice and providing nutrition advice to their clients. From the coaching side it’s essential to first know what the current situation is before providing advice. Next and most importantly we want to work WITH the client not against them. Taking what you currently do and optimising it with advice based around your current eating habits and what you enjoy rather than wholesale changes is a recipe for long term success. A good Coach listens, understands and uses knowledge of the client, experience and context to provide suggestions alongside support for behavioural change. Something that you will never achieve with a meal plan ❌ If we consider the above as a better approach we now have the foundations for a sustainable lifestyle change. So if you are tired of “2 turkey rashers, 5 almonds and 250ml of Oat Milk” for breakfast every day get in touch because there is another way.. More is only better in some situations… If you More is only better in some situations… If you are training frequently and experiencing any of the above for a pro-longed period of time then chances are that you need to start looking more strategically at your recovery outside of sessions. Constantly turning up to sessions with DOMs or a lack of energy is a long term route to throwing in the towel and/or getting injured. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Our Private Personal Training Gym is located in Crawley West Sussex.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions available from 6am to 8pm on Monday-Friday and from 7am to 12pm on Saturdays. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.

HOW MUCH IS THE PROGRAMME?
The programme costs just £269 £199 including 12 PT Sessions, 6 Fitness Classes, Inbody scans, Weekly check ins and Nutrition guidance.
 
WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you’ve completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the programme right away.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?

Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we’ll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the trial.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROGRAMME FINISHES?

It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.

WHAT IF I DON'T GET RESULTS?

If you follow our advice and stick to the programme we absolutely guarantee that you’ll get impressive results but if, for whatever reason, you do that and don’t make progress we’ll give you all of your money back.
